Rinse Your Mouth With Warm Salt Water

Rinse Your Mouth With Baking Soda And Water 

Baking soda can be an effective remedy for mouth sores. It is believed that its alkaline nature helps to neutralize acids in the mouth and provide some relief from the pain associated with sores. To use it, mix one teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of warm water. 

Swish this solution around your mouth for 30 seconds and then spit it out. Do this several times a day until your mouth sore subsides. Be sure to rinse your mouth out thoroughly afterwards so as to not cause any irritation to your already painful mouth sore. You may also want to try mixing salt in with the baking soda to increase its effectiveness.

 In addition to this remedy, you can also gargle regularly with a mild saline solution or a glass of warm milk. 

Both will help reduce the pain caused by mouth sores and help promote healing. Another home remedy is to apply a small amount of coconut oil directly on the sore. This will help reduce inflammation and promote healing. Honey has also been known to help reduce swelling and soothe the area.
